F & B Executive Working Hours: 6 days rostered work week; 1 week 55 working hours Location: Dempsey / Dairy Farm / Eng Kong Park / Namly / Serangoon Garden / Swan Lake Salary: $ 2900 - $ 3600 Requirements: • Degree holder • Training provided • Able work on weekends / public holidays Job Scope: • Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties • Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability • Focus mainly on Service / FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen / BOH.
