Senior M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities:- • Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site. • Review project specifications and technical clarifications • Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings. • Carry out the project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation • Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters • Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements • Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied • Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system Requirement:- • Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • 5 – 8 years’ of coordination experience in main-con companies, preferably in HDB Project experience will be an advantage • Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff • Must have good interpersonal skills • Able to start work within short notice
