Administrative Assistant

WorkingLocation: Tampines North Drive WorkWeek: 5.5 days WorkingHours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday toFriday) Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Monthly Fixed Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,800 Summary: This is a key position to grow the business and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all scheduling and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position reports directly to the Director. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare project quotations and send them to clients via the Xero System. • Manage and maintain the client database, updating all relevant client information and filings. • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Management. • Schedule appointments to meet daily project schedules. • Coordinate attendance of workers, promptly respond to any schedule changes, and communicate with customers professionally. • Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve scheduling goals and eliminate information silos. • Accept other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned and as needed. Job Requirements: • Degree/Diploma graduate with at least 2 years of experience in sales support or a customer service role. • Proficient in Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, as some customers communicate solely in Chinese. • Ability to work focused, prioritizing workload and requests. • Possession of self-motivation and team spirit. • Experience in purchasing and managing supplier deliveries.
