Kitchen Service Crew

Job Summary No prior experience needed; training will be provided. The role involves supporting kitchen operations, taking orders, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in a café environment. Responsibilities • Repair and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations • Accurately take customer orders to facilitate efficient service • Manage and organize inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste • Clear tables promptly to prepare for new customers and maintain a tidy dining area • Maintain overall cleanliness of the café to meet hygiene and safety standards • Communicate effectively in English and Chinese (speak, read, and write) to support daily tasks and customer interactions Required competencies and certifications • Basic Food Safety Level 1 certification to comply with food hygiene standards Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 1 year of café kitchen experience to support operational efficiency • Lower Secondary Qualification as educational background Other Information Benefits: • CPF contribution • Entitled to 1 coffee/tea daily • Staff discount Working Hours: • 10am to 9.30pm with a 1-hour break Uniform: • Wear comfortable, non-revealing clothing and covered shoes for safety • Apron and caps will be provided Work Location: • In person
