Hiring: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) Location: Kovan Campus (nearest MRT: Kovan station) Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm Salary range: $2200 to $2800 per month (commensurate with experience) Job Description: • Regulate all purchases by the company • Verify invoices and process payment • Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system • Prepare accounts schedules • Monitor and record payments for agent commissions • Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives • To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation • Other duties as assigned by Head of Department Requirements: • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Meticulous with an eye for detail • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Interested candidates, please send in your CV to: HR@DIMENSIONS.EDU.SG & indicate in the subject as "Accounts Payable".
