Production Supervisor (Shift / Medical Product/Manufacturing) AL70

Job Description: • Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules. • Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control. • Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process. • Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records. • Prepare and implement work improvement program. • Any other tasks assigned by Superior. Job Requirement: • Minimum Diploma in any field. • 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment. • Good communication, analytical and leadership skill. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform). • Able to perform shift work.
