Why Join Us? • Attractive Newcomer Bonus • Career Progression & Development Opportunities • Opportunity to Work Alongside an Innovative Team • Comprehensive Leave Packages (e.g: additional leave, birthday leave, eldercare leave, marriage leave & gift, etc...) • Annual Executive Health Screening Job Responsibilities: • Apply and manage Airport Passes and other relevant site access passes for employees and project personnel. • Process and coordinate applications for ADP/AVP and other required permits/access approvals. • Maintain and update logistics records, report and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Monitor and maintain records of materials moving in and out of project sites ensuring proper documentation and tracking. • Coordinate and arrange the deployment of tipper trucks, lorries, mobile cranes and TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator)to project teams according to operational requirements. • Coordinate the deployment of telescopic, crawler and rough-terrain cranes to project sites. • Arrange and monitor routine maintenance, servicing and inspection of telescopic, crawler and rough-terrain cranes. • Coordinate with crane operators and project teams on operator deployment and equipment availability. • Liaise with project teams, drivers, operators, workshops, vendors and relevant authorities on logistics and equipment-related matters. • Maintain proper records of vehicle/equipment deployment, maintenance schedules, permits and other relevant documentation. • Assist with other logistics, fleet administration and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior Job Requirements: • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. • Relevant experience in construction logistics, fleet coordination or heavy equipment operations will be an advantage. • Familiarity with construction vehicles and heavy equipment such as tippers, lorries, cranes and TMA will be an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Good organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail. • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple project teams. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willing to work in a construction/project environment and handle time-sensitive operational requirements. • Candidates with relevant experience but without the stated qualifications are also encouraged to apply. • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
