Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content and support the promotion of our training courses and programmes. Key Responsibilities • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. • Plan and create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional content • Develop content for course promotions, trainer profiles, learner activities and events. • Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule. • Create basic graphics, photography and short-form videos. • Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation. • Monitor social media engagement, enquiries and campaign performance. • Work with the Academy and Operations teams to ensure course information is accurate. • Stay updated on social media trends and identify new content opportunities. Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields. • 2-5 years of social media or digital marketing experience preferred. • Experience in the education, training or service industry is an advantage. • Good copywriting and content creation skills. • Familiar with Canva and video editing. • Creative, proactive and organised.
