Digital Marketing Executive (East / Tai Seng)

Job Description • Lead digital marketing and website initiatives across Asia and its subsidiaries, including website strategy, content management, regional product launches, campaigns, and performance optimization. • Plan, execute, and measure integrated digital campaigns across website, social media, and other digital channels in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Support and drive regional SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies , including content development and continuous optimization in response to evolving AI-driven search behaviour. • Leverage digital analytics, GA4, LiveChat, Power BI, and AI tools to generate actionable insights, performance reports, and data-driven recommendations for marketing decisions. • Manage and optimize CRM and personalization initiatives , including email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, database management, and customer behaviour analysis. • Explore and implement new digital, CRM, and AI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency. • Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses to ensure compliance with allocated budgets and company policies. • Ensure adherence to relevant data privacy requirements and support other projects or duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience , preferably across international markets. Experience working across APAC/MEA markets will be an advantage . • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and marketing automation/CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent. • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, digital campaigns, analytics, CRM, and AI-driven marketing . • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business and marketing recommendations. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
