M&E Coordinator

Job Description: • Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary. • Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site. • Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment. • Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors. Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical • Certified Greenmark GMAP preferred. • Experience in delivering at least one or more minimum Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) projects featuring Chilled Water Systems, successfully completed with Stage 2 Green Mark verification • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Alternate Saturday work
