Job Summary
Manage daily store operations by overseeing inventory control, manpower scheduling, and staff training to ensure product availability and smooth functioning. Report discrepancies and customer complaints to management promptly.
Responsibilities
• Order dry stocks, fresh food, and dairy products to maintain consistent availability of the top 250 products
• Develop and manage manpower schedules to ensure adequate staffing for store operations
• Train staff to perform their roles effectively, enhancing team capability and service quality
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the manager for timely resolution
• Address and report customer complaints to management to support service improvement
• ensure invoices are checked and posted in system accurately
• ensure paperwork are always ready for IA audit
• ensure staff checked for expiry of food and drinks
• ensure customer shopping experience are satisfied
