Clinic Assitant

Greet and register patients; manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries Handle payments, billing, basic administration and confidential patient records Support clinic operations, including room preparation, stock control and maintaining a clean, safe environment Assist the doctor and team with patient flow and other assigned duties Requirements Friendly, patient-centred and professional Good computer and communication skills Clinic or healthcare experience is preferred; training can be provided Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage Responsible team player who respects patient confidentiality
