We deliver turnkey solutions from design through installation to meet client needs and budgets. We are a Singapore-based construction company looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good coordination and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. Depending on performance and business requirements, the contract may be converted to a permanent position. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily logistics arrangements for construction projects and sites. • Arrange and monitor deliveries of construction materials, equipment and supplies. • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors and project/site teams. • Prepare delivery schedules and ensure materials reach the required site on time. • Track deliveries and follow up on delays or changes to delivery arrangements. • Maintain proper records of delivery orders, goods received and logistics documentation. • Coordinate site access, unloading arrangements and delivery timing where required. • Assist project teams with material movement and logistics planning. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between office, warehouse and project sites. • Handle other logistics and administrative duties as assigned. 👤 Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant logistics, coordination or construction-related experience preferred. • Experience in the construction, engineering, building materials or related industry will be an advantage. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Organised, responsible and able to follow up on multiple tasks. • Able to work independently as well as with project and site teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. • Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an advantage. 💼 What We Offer • S$3,000 – S$3,500 monthly salary , depending on experience and suitability. • Contract position with an opportunity for conversion to permanent employment . • Exposure to construction projects and project logistics. • Opportunity to work closely with project, site and operations teams. • Immediate start. 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV/resume , stating their current and expected salary, availability and relevant experience.
