IT Support Engineer (5 Days/Central/Up to $4,000)

💻 IT Support Engineer (L1 / L1.5) 📍 Singapore | 💼 Permanent | 🏢 In-House 🚀 Join Our IT Team Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and getting involved with infrastructure ? We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer (L1/L1.5) to join our team and provide IT support to approximately 100 users . This is more than just a helpdesk role — you’ll also get exposure to servers, networking and day-to-day IT infrastructure . 🔧 What You’ll Do • Provide L1/L1.5 support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network and system issues . • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment. • Manage user accounts, access rights and onboarding/offboarding. • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and connectivity issues . • Perform server monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting . • Support Windows Server and Active Directory administration. • Work with external vendors to resolve technical issues. • Maintain IT assets, documentation and support records. 👨‍💻 What We’re Looking For • Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field . • 2–4 years of IT support / infrastructure experience . • Experience supporting users in an in-house or corporate environment . • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and hardware troubleshooting . • Basic experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and server maintenance . • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • A proactive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. 🌟 Why Join Us?
