Feng Shui Retail Sales Consultant/Trainee

Fengshui Retail Sales Consultant/Trainee Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers professionally and create a welcoming retail experience. • Proactively approach customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. • Introduce and explain our Feng Shui products, crystals, jewellery, ornaments and consultation services to customers. Training will be provided. • Develop good product knowledge and progressively learn basic Feng Shui and Chinese metaphysics concepts relevant to the products and services offered. • Actively promote products and services and work towards individual and shop sales targets. • Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads to support sales conversion and repeat business. • Handle retails sales transactions accurately and manage cashier duties efficiently. • Work closely with our Feng Shui consultants whenever necessary. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Retail sales experience preferred; candidates without experience but with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply for Trainee Sales Consultant. • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, as the role involves serving both English and Mandarin speaking customers. • Experience or interest in Feng Shui, Chinese metaphysics, crystals, jewellery or related retail products will be an advantage. • Confident and comfortable engaging customers and recommending products and services. • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive and sales-driven, with the initiative to approach and engage customers. • Responsible, cooperative and able to follow work arrangements and instructions. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. • Training will be provided Other Information Benefits • $1,800 - $2,500 per month + attractive sales commission. • Salary will be offered according to relevant experience and ability. • 14 days annual leave. • Training provided in Feng Shui products and related services. • Opportunity to progress from product sales into a more specialised Feng Shui sales/consultant role.
