F&B SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency • Train, mentor, and manage staff to improve team performance and service quality • Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies timely to prevent shortages • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction • Handle customer complaints by promptly resolving issues to enhance guest experience • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, supporting operational efficiency • Prepare and manage budgets by controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation Required competencies and certifications • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry • Strong organizational and leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and operations • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with customers and staff
