Return Point Handler

• Clear jams and minor technical issues in machines • Empty and replace collection bins inside the RVM. and wipe down of the machine internal components • Maintain a clean and organised return point, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care • Maintain accurate documentation of returns and collections • Record and report machine faults or technical problems • Ability to move from point to point swiftly within East region of Singapore
