Benefits • Referral Programme • Performance Bonus • Annual Wage Supplement • Medical Benefits Location: 7Oaks Preschool (Kallang centre) Responsibilities • Promote Centre’s vision, mission and values • Foster relationships with families to facilitate the continuity of care and learning between home and school • Coordinate activities with families and community stakeholders • Engage families, caregivers, community stakeholders and volunteers to develop programmes and services • Manage Family and Community Collaboration • Develop Centre, family and community initiatives and programmes • Develop outreach activities to promote Centre programmes and services • Evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvements • Conduct Routine and Care-giving Requirements • Has Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT)/ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC); Advanced Certificate in Early Years(ACEY). • Has registered with ECDA and attained the EY1/EY2 certification • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with good classroom and management skills. • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner. • Able execute reflective practice and adopt responsive care-giving approaches
