Customer Service officer

Job Responsibilities: • Handle inbound / outbound calls related to bank account servicing, campaigns, product enquiries, and helpdesk support. • Follow through on case handling and provide timely follow-up with customers. • Ensure compliance and control standards are met in all customer interactions, maintaining confidentiality of both bank and customer information. • Overtime work is required when necessary. Job Requirements: • Minimum qualification: ITE or ‘O’ Levels. • Prior experience in a Call Centre, Banking, or Customer Service environment will be an advantage. • Positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and passion for delivering quality customer service. • Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant voice, strong comprehension, and interpersonal skills. • Good written and spoken skills. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers. • Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
