Sales Engineer (Building Services, Industrial Products)

Responsibilities • Provide technical and application support for engineering solutions used in commercial and building projects. • Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. • Identify and develop new project opportunities from the early design and planning stages. • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders. • Support customers during the project design, specification, and implementation stages. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and business partners. • Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements. • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. • Conduct site visits and customer meetings where required. • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and other relevant documentation to support project and sales activities. • Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned. Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, system design, or a similar engineering role, preferably within building services, HVAC, plumbing, M&E, water systems, or related engineering industries. • Good understanding of commercial building systems and engineering applications. • Experience working with consultants, contractors, developers, or other technical stakeholders. • Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required.
