General / Senior Manager - International Tax (Global MNC, High Bonus)

• Location: Central Singapore (Regional HQ) • Type: Permanent Employment • Industry: Energy / Natural Resources / Commodities On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced International Tax & Financial Controller to drive international tax strategy, BEPS Pillar 2 initiatives and financial oversight across the Group’s energy and resources businesses. Key Responsibilities • Drive international tax strategy, cross-border structuring, M&A and US$1B+ large-scale infrastructure projects. • Lead BEPS Pillar 2 / Global Minimum Tax (GMT) compliance, including ETR calculations and impact assessments. • Manage tax incentives across Singapore and APAC, and review global transfer pricing policies. • Lead complex tax audits and disputes, including direct engagement with tax authorities. • Oversee monthly tax and financial reviews, forecasting and reporting. • Partner with senior management, auditors and government authorities on tax strategy, risk and governance. Requirements • 15+ years of international tax experience in an MNC, Big 4 or leading international tax advisory firm. • Strong expertise in international tax, transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning. • Experience across APAC, particularly Singapore, China and Indonesia; Americas exposure is an advantage. • Strong practical knowledge of BEPS Pillar 2, ETR calculations and Global Minimum Tax. • Proven experience managing complex tax audits/disputes and engaging directly with tax authorities. • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • Experience in energy, commodities, manufacturing or trading is preferred.
