Architectural Executive (BIM/Submissions)

• Inspect all drawings for compliance with building codes, drafting standards, and plan presentations before submission to authorities, advising colleagues on any non-compliance. • Regulatory submissions - ensure regulatory documents are accurately submitted to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with planning, zoning, and building codes • Assist in the process of acquiring building permits and any other required legal or regulatory approvals. • Liaise with consultants and authorities to address code compliance matters and ensure project standards are met. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project delivery.
