Account Executive

Job Description & Requirements 🔎 We’re Hiring: Account Executive (Senior) 📍 Location: Aljunied Rd 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Join our team as an Account Executive (Senior) and take charge of our accounting operations! 💼 Key Responsibilities: • Manage accounts and ensure timely monthly closing • Handle inventory tracking (stock) and reconciliation • Quotation of enquiry handling and phone calls • Process Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, delivery orders, and quotations • Manage Accounts Payable: record supplier invoices and arrange payments • Liaise with external auditors and support annual financial audits • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities • Some Ad hoc duties ✅ What We’re Looking For: • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • At least 3 years+ experience in handling full set accounts • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Good communication and organizational skills • Able to work under pressure and multitasking skills • Able to adapt to fast working environment Looking for : PR/Singapore Citizen/Malaysian Hiring #AccountExecutive #AccountingJobs #FinanceCareers #JoinOurTeam #FullSetAccounts
