Admin Assistant (Work at Jurong east)

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admin Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality English instruction by preparing teaching materials, grading assignments, organizing events, and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Prepare clear, neat, and engaging teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom activities to support English instruction • Use Canvas or similar learning management systems to upload and manage teaching resources efficiently • Grade student assignments, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes • Organize school events, reading activities, and English language competitions to enhance student engagement • Maintain accurate records and track attendance to support administrative operations • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support teachers and students reliably • Demonstrate responsibility and independence by following instructions and completing tasks without supervision • Apply basic skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Docs) to prepare documents and presentations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior experience in education or administrative work is an advantage but not mandatory • Positive working attitude and willingness to support teachers and students • Ability to work full time with a consistent schedule
