SENIOR CLINIC ASSISTANT

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and service-oriented Full-Time Clinic Assistant to join our family medical clinic. Requirements • Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level, NITEC in Nursing or Higher NITEC • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a GP clinic in Singapore • Experience with SGiMED is preferred • Familiar with the Government and private healthcare/panel claims and able to submit claims independently • Familiar with emergency drugs and emergency kits (e-kits) , including routine checking and maintenance • Able to perform medication and consumable stock-taking • Able to receive and enter stocks accurately into SGiMED • Familiar with medication dispensing and general GP clinic operations. • Able to handle difficult or demanding patients calmly, tactfully and professionally • Basic IT proficiency • Good command of spoken English • Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients is an added advantage • Good learning attitude and strong service mindset are essential • Must be passionate about healthcare and patient care • Responsible, punctual and able to work independently • Must be able and willing to work rostered evening shifts, specially during the weekends and Public Holidays • Singapore Citizens / PRs preferred Main Duties • Patient registration, appointments and enquiries • Medication dispensing and billing • Government, corporate and private claims submission • Stock-taking and SGiMED inventory entries • Checking emergency drugs and e-kits • Assisting doctors with daily clinic operations • Handling patient enquiries, feedback and difficult situations professionally • General clinic administration Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: MacPherson, Singapore Working Arrangement: Rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays Interested candidates should submit an updated résumé stating their GP clinic experience, SGiMED experience, claims-handling experience and earliest available start date .
