Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities: • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment transactions, and reconciliation. • Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation and approvals. • Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. • Assist in monthly financial closing, account reconciliations, and reporting. • Attend Weekly and Monthly meetings for alignment and SOP rectification. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Perform any other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirement: • Degree in Finance / Accounting or related major. • At least 2 year of experience in finance, or a related field. • Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
