As Associate Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing strategy for the venue, ensuring every campaign, partnership and guest touchpoint strengthens the brand while delivering measurable business results. You will lead the venue's marketing team and work cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Beverage and Group Creative teams to bring campaigns and experiences to life. Reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll balance long-term brand building with day-to-day commercial performance. Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to: Brand Strategy & Positioning • Lead the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar for Tanjong Beach Club. • Continue evolving the brand while preserving what has made it one of Singapore's most iconic hospitality destinations. • Ensure consistency across every guest touchpoint—from digital channels to the on-site experience. • Identify opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant while remaining commercially focused. F&B Marketing & Commercial Growth • Develop marketing initiatives that drive restaurant reservations, beach club visitation and food and beverage revenue. • Partner closely with the culinary and bar teams to launch seasonal menus, beverage programmes and new dining experiences. • Create campaigns that celebrate both signature offerings and new reasons to visit. • Work alongside Operations to optimise demand across weekdays, weekends and key trading periods. Campaigns & Content • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, CRM and paid media. • Shape the club's content strategy and creative direction. • Produce storytelling that reflects the quality of the hospitality experience, food, drinks, music and beachfront setting. • Ensure content is both brand-building and commercially effective. Events, Experiences & Partnerships • Develop marketing strategies around the club's calendar of events, guest chefs, music programming, seasonal activations and brand collaborations. • Identify partnership opportunities across hospitality, fashion, travel, wellness, spirits, music and lifestyle brands. • Support the successful launch and promotion of experiences that strengthen guest engagement and drive visitation. • Build collaborations that create genuine value for both guests and partners. PR & Brand Reputation • Lead PR strategy together with agency partners. • Cultivate relationships with media, creators and industry tastemakers. • Generate stories and collaborations that reinforce Tanjong Beach Club's position as one of Asia's leading lifestyle hospitality destinations. • Protect and strengthen the brand's reputation across all channels. Leadership • Lead, coach and develop the Tanjong Beach Club marketing team. • Build strong working relationships with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Finance and Group Creative. • Establish clear planning processes, reporting rhythms and performance metrics. • Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For • We're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality brands are built through equal parts commercial thinking, operational partnership and cultural relevance. • 7–10 years' experience in brand, marketing or commercial leadership. • Experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle, consumer or luxury brands. • A genuine passion for food, beverage and hospitality. • Strong commercial instincts and an ability to translate brand strategy into measurable business outcomes. • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships and events. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience building, mentoring and leading high-performing teams. You'll Thrive Here If You • Think like a business leader, not just a marketer. • Care as much about the guest experience as the marketing campaign. • Have a sharp eye for culture, design, hospitality and emerging consumer trends. • Enjoy collaborating closely with operators, chefs, bartenders and creatives. • Can move comfortably between long-term strategy and hands-on execution. • Believe the strongest brands are built through consistency, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences.
