Finance Executive (3 months contract)

esponsibilities: • Handle PAYNOW and bank transfer receipts from donations and other year-end activities • Liaise with donors regarding registration of activities, payments and issuance of receipts • Attend to phone queries from donors regarding PAYNOW and bank transfer • Reconcile bank receipts to accounting system and cashier’s receipt system • Recording entries into accounting system • Liaise and work with colleagues from other departments and divisions • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements: • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent • Preferably with basic accounting knowledge • Meticulous, organised and detailed-orientated • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to read and write in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients • Able to commit for 3 months from 16 November 2026 to 15 February 2027
