Quantity Surveyor cum electrical Engineer

Responsibilities: • Handle Project claim certifications. • Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage. • Budget Forecast, Cost Control, Reporting to Contracts and Commercial Manager • Working as part of the contract evaluation team during tender stage and provide comments on the technical/commercial terms and condition • Assisting Project Manager to work out Variation Orders offer • Prepare and analyse the monthly WIP report to Contracts and Commercial Manager review. • Evaluation of supplier’s quotations, subcon progress claims, variations and draft contract correspondences. • Any other tasks assigned by Project Manager/ Higher Management Requirements: • Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying • Electrical Engineering Knowledge will be preferred • Experience in SIA/PSSCOC/REDAS/FIDIC • Min 3 to 5 years’ working experience in Public Sector Engineering Projects/ Main Contractor Firms Experience will be considered. • Possess good and positive attitude • Able to meet deadlines, OT may be required.
