Site Manager (Electrical)

About the role We are looking for a highly skilled site manager to join our team at Powen Engineering Pte Ltd for our project , namely Woodlands Checkpoint Extension. As a site manager, your role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. You will oversee and direct all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements. You will also be responsible for the construction project’s document management, budget allocations, fostering a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Key responsibilities • Oversee and direct all on-site activities • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements • Manage the construction project's document management • Manage budget allocations • Foster a productive work environment • Maintain solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Requirement • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering Singapore projects on time and within budget • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards in Singapore • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively address site challenges and make sound judgments • Salary shall be negotiable based on experience, skills and recognised qualification About us Powen Engineering Pte Ltd is executing the Woodlands Checkpoint Extension project.
