Wedding/Events Coordinator

Position Type: Part-Time (Saturday and/or Sunday) Location: Singapore Job Summary We are seeking an organized, high-energy, and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to join our team and work alongside our clients to execute their once in a lifetime wedding dream! The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional communication skills, a master of improvisations and remains perfectly calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities Wedding Day Execution (Saturday / Sunday) - your role will include activities such as : • Vendor Logistics: Oversee the arrival, setup, and teardown of all external vendors. • Styling & Setup: Supervise the placement of items such as table cards, guest books, favors etc. • Timeline Management: Keep the event strictly on schedule, smoothly transitioning between different segments throughout the day • Ceremony & Reception Direction: Cue the music, wedding party processional, grand entrance, speeches, first dance, and cake cutting etc. • Crisis Management: Proactively solve real-time issues (e.g., weather changes, late vendors, or technical glitches) smoothly and discreetly. • Event Wrap-up: Ensure all personal items, gifts, and leftover rentals are safely packed and returned to the couple, and supervise vendor pack-out. Skills & Qualifications • Preferred Experience: Event coordination, hospitality, or wedding management. • Schedule Flexibility: Absolute availability to work long shifts on weekends, including early mornings & late nights (odd hours). • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and authoritative skills to direct large crowds and manage diverse vendor teams. • Problem-Solving: Ability to remain perfectly calm under pressure and solve logistical emergencies swiftly and discreetly. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for 10–12 hours a day (or sometimes more)
