Business Development Manager – Massage & Foot Reflexology (Urgent Hiring)
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Mature candidate with relevant working experience
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• Able to commence work before Christmas 2026
Six Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop new business areas: Identify and launch new revenue streams such as corporate wellness packages, membership and prepaid programmes, retail of wellness products, and partnerships with hotels, gyms, and clinics.
• Drive sales and customer acquisition: Plan and execute strategies to grow walk-in, repeat, and corporate customers, and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build strategic partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tourism agencies, property management offices, and community organisations to generate steady referral business.
• Lead marketing and promotions: Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns, social media presence, review platforms, and seasonal promotions to strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage outlet performance and operations: Monitor daily sales, therapist scheduling, service quality, and customer feedback, and recommend improvements to productivity and profitability.
• Conduct market research and reporting: Track competitor pricing, customer trends, and potential new outlet locations, and prepare regular business reports and growth proposals for management.
Personal Qualities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal or no supervision
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with customers and corporate clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity in spotting and developing new business opportunities
• Mature, responsible, and composed when handling customer complaints or staff issues
• Good leadership qualities to motivate therapists and front-desk staff
• Honest, reliable, and respectful of customer privacy and professional boundaries
• Effective communicator in Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage for serving a wider customer base
• Flexible and committed, including availability on weekends and during peak periods
