Service Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities: • Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business. • Manage and renew service contracts for profitability and client retention. • Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and competitive pricing. • Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships. • Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, or main contractors. • Attend site surveys and pre-tender briefings to provide technical and strategic input. • Guide and develop the service team to achieve sales and service goals. • Oversee daily ACMV service and maintenance operations to ensure timely, quality delivery. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or equivalent. • 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role. • Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.). • Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
