Technical Sales Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Provide pre-sales technical support for security and surveillance solutions , including CCTV, access control, and drone solutions. • Engage with customers to understand their security requirements, site needs and operational challenges. • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements. • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical proposals. • Conduct site visits and assist in assessing customer requirements where necessary. • Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to develop suitable solutions. • Prepare quotations, proposals, technical specifications and other sales-related documentation. • Support the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to solution proposal and project handover. • Keep updated on security technologies, products and industry developments. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field. • Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, security systems, CCTV, access control, networking or related solutions will be an advantage. • Strong communication and customer-facing skills. • Able to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. • Good presentation and problem-solving skills. • Willing to travel to customer sites when required. • Candidates with experience in CCTV, door access, security systems, drones or networking solutions are encouraged to apply.
