SALES MANAGER

• Experience working in photography and entertainment industry • Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team • Conduct training and coaching for your sales team • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education • Promoting the organization and products • Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products • Relationship building with new and existing customers • Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management • Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets • Knowledge of mandarin dialect is essential as our customer base is primarily mandarin speaking • Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays
