Post Producer (6 Months Contract / Potential Perm Conversion)

Responsibilities: • Timeline & Team Coordination: Communicate and manage delivery timelines efficiently with internal editing and finishing teams. • Budget & Client Communication: Manage project budgets, manage client expectations, and communicate transparently with clients regarding costing, scope changes, and variations. • Resource & Bandwidth Management: Collaborate closely with managers from respective departments to secure necessary talent and technical bandwidth for upcoming projects. • Client Relations & Feedback Loops: Act as a key client touchpoint, hosting internal quality control (QC) reviews and translating client feedback into clear, actionable changes for the editing team. • Explore possible new tools / hardware that can be employed to optimise efficiency • Strong organisational skills with Spreadsheets a must • Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects (AE) is a strong plus Requirements: • 3 - 4 years of working experience • Intermediate understanding of tools used for AV (Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Logic) • Keen eye for detail • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to project manage • Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
