Account cum Admin Executive

Job Scope • Maintaining full sets of accounts with our external accountant • Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively • Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations • Responsible for timely preparation of financial and management reports • Perform timely preparation and submission of monthly CPF, filing of GST returns and annual Income Tax • Perform general administration work, data entry, filing, documents packing • Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities, issue cheques for local expenses • AR, AP • Generate salary for employees • Familiarity with Xero System • Able to communicate with the China Supplier in Mandarin Requirements • Preferably with at-least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and good team player with good communication skills. • MYOB, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Preferably Certificate/diploma in accounting
