QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Job Description • Carry out quality inspections and assessments of finished products prior to shipment and incoming raw materials. • Resolve quality-related issues within the required timelines. • Provide training and guidance to the Quality Assurance team. • Recommend improvements to production processes to ensure quality standards are met. • Guide the production team on quality control requirements and issues to enhance product quality. • Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans. • Prepare inspection checklists and related quality documentation. • Evaluate whether corrective actions are appropriate and effectively implemented. • Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities. • Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. • Support site preparation and coordination, including preparation of submission documents. • Coordinate the safety management system on site. • Understand and apply relevant Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice. Qualifications & Experience • Relevant qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • At least 2 years of relevant working experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team. Salary $3,000 – $3,200 per month , depending on qualifications and relevant experience. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
