HSE & Training Assistant

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage corporate HSE documentation (policies, procedures, IMS records) • Support implementation and upkeep of Integrated Management System (ISO 45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001) • Consolidate HSE data, statistics, and KPIs for management reporting • Maintain incident and near-miss databases, including tracking of follow-up actions • Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and course logistics • Liaise with trainers, clients, and participants for training arrangements • Assist in course setup and day-to-day training centre administration • Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance summaries • Support audits and ensure documentation readiness • Assist in aligning corporate HSE requirements with training deployment Requirement: • Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Business Administration or related field • Basic knowledge of ISO management systems or WSH frameworks • At least 1–2 years in administrative, HSE coordination, or training support roles • Experience in corporate HSE or training provider environment preferred
