Resident technical Officer C&S - PUB - Pasir Panjang & Sixth Avenue

Key Roles & Responsibilities • Provide full-time site supervision for civil and infrastructure works. • Ensure construction works comply with PUB requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contract standards . • Inspect and monitor quality, workmanship, materials and construction activities . • Supervise excavation, drainage, sewerage, water infrastructure and other civil works . • Review method statements, ITPs, RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions . • Identify and follow up on defects, non-conformance and rectification works . • Monitor work progress, site coordination and construction programme . • Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve site issues. • Maintain daily site records, inspection reports and project documentation . • Ensure site activities comply with WSH requirements and approved safe work procedures . • Assist the Resident Engineer/Consultant with inspections, testing, handover and completion works . Requirements • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer . • At least 2 years of experience in supervision of works similar in nature to the Contract . • RTO qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control (COB) and accepted by Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) . • Relevant experience in PUB / water infrastructure / drainage / sewerage / civil infrastructure projects will be an advantage. • Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, quality control and site inspection procedures . • Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders . • Strong site supervision, documentation and communication skills.
