• Identify, develop, and secure new businessopportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. • Manage the complete sales cycle fromprospecting, site survey, product presentation, quotation preparation, contractnegotiation, order confirmation, and project handover. • Provide professional consultation oncurtains, blinds, motorised window furnishing systems, custom soft furnishings,and interior shading solutions. • Conduct detailed on-site measurements,assess installation feasibility, and recommend technically suitable productsbased on customers' requirements. • Coordinate closely with suppliers, projectcoordinators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completedaccording to specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. • Handle multiple projects simultaneouslywhile maintaining high standards of customer service and after-sales support. • Prepare detailed cost estimations, monitorproject profitability, and ensure sales margins meet company requirements. • Build and maintain long-term relationshipswith architects, interior designers, developers, main contractors, andcorporate clients. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targetsthrough proactive business development and client account management. • Maintain accurate CRM records, salesreports, project documentation, and perform other duties assigned by Management Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design,Building Services, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B salesexperience in curtains, blinds, window furnishing, interior fit-out,construction materials, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of window furnishingproducts, motorised systems, measurement techniques, and installationprocesses.
