Sales Engineer

Join Our Team We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our business growth by developing client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and coordinating engineering projects from initial enquiry and proposal through to successful project completion. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities with targeted accounts and customers. • Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and prepare accurate business forecasts. • Handle client enquiries and prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and negotiations. • Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution, including commercial, engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, and industry events. Requirements • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, project management, technical sales, or a related field. • Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and dynamic, with strong critical thinking and time management skills. • Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills. • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required by projects and business activities.
