Bartender

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Bartender to join our restaurant team! Job Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the restaurant's standards and recipes. • Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation. • Have good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages. • Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and beverage areas. • Ensure proper stock control, inventory and ordering of bar supplies. • Follow all food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements. • Handle cash and POS transactions when required. • Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience. • Assist with developing new cocktails and beverage offerings. Requirements • Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is preferred. • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beverage preparation. • Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service. • Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Able to work on weekends and public holidays. • Responsible, well-groomed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
