Manufacturing Engineer (MNC - Semiconductor)

Job Summary • Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer • Industry: Semiconductor • Location: Tampines, Singapore • Working Hours: 12-hour permanent night shift , 8PM–8AM • Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern Key Responsibilities • Leading Line Leaders and Operators to achieve daily production, quality, productivity, and yield targets. • Conducting daily shift handovers and escalating production or line issues when required. • Managing manpower, overtime, and consumables planning to support production needs. • Ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping. • Providing training and coaching to Line Leaders and Operators to improve performance. • Driving process improvements and error-prevention initiatives to enhance production efficiency. • Coordinating with other departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the fab. Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or related field. • Willing to work 12-hour permanent shifts , including permanent night shift. • Experience in high-tech or high-volume manufacturing is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
