Software Sales Manager

Job Summary Looking for an energetic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to lead software sales initiatives, drive business growth, and expand market presence by managing the full sales cycle and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing enterprise software deals to achieve revenue goals • Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and strategic partners to support business growth • Analyze client business requirements and demonstrate how software solutions address their technical and operational challenges • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align client needs with product roadmap capabilities for effective solution delivery • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue quotas through strategic sales planning and execution • Prepare comprehensive proposals, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure deals Required competencies and certifications • Proven track record of at least 3 to 5 years in B2B software, SaaS, or tech solution sales • Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud solutions, and technology implementation cycles Preferred competencies and qualifications • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage clients effectively • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and forecast sales accurately to support business planning
