Job Description & Requirements An industry leader in Timber and Metal Doors supply currently has openings for an ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE. This role requires candidates to be • Well versed in MS Office, with good attention to details and timelines • Assist in project accounts including but not limited to progress claims, tracking and data entry • Good attitude & able to work independently • Perform data-entry in ERP/Excell, documentation, printing and filling duties • Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents • Self-motivated, Pro-active, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented • Good command of MS Word and Excel • Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to work well with various departments and be diligent in follow up actions. Accounting software knowledge a plus.
