Customer Service Officer (Banking Industry Call Centre)

Job Details: Location: East Area – Changi Business Park Working Days: 5-day work week with rotating shifts (Mondays to Sundays and public holidays) Working Hours: 1pm – 10pm // 2pm-11pm // 3pm – 12am Salary Range: $2,700 – $4,000 (Commensurate with experience) + $1000 Allowances Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable, Subject to performance) Benefits: Entitled with 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalization Leave, insurance coverage, and 1 month completion/performance bonus. Another two roles available (No allowance given); first with banking call centre experience, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm; another is with any call centre experience, 5 days a week, 830am-8pm, rotating shift. Responsibilities • Deliver personalized telephone customer service, handling enquiries on banking products, accounts, and services in an efficient and professional manner. • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions with attentive, quality service. • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions. • Consistently deliver excellent service to achieve total customer satisfaction. • Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues to drive service improvements. • Requirements • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
