0731 - Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor • Working days: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM • Office location: Woodlands • Salary: Basic $4000 to $5000 + performance bonus Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field Key Responsibilities: • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: • Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and associated overheads. • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. • Tendering & Procurement: • Prepare and issue tender documents specific to underground utilities projects, analyze and evaluate tender submissions. • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes tailored to underground utilities construction needs. • Cost Control & Monitoring: • Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular financial reports and forecasts. • Identify, manage, and report cost variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. • Contract Administration: • Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts related to underground utilities construction. • Resolve contractual disputes and issues, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. • Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with project managers, engineers, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. • Provide expert advice on cost-related matters and project feasibility for underground utilities projects. ✅ Wee Yuan Huan ✅ Reg No: R21100383 ✅ The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd ✅ EA No: 14C7279
