HR DATA ANALYST (VBA DEVELOPER)

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain VBA macros, Excel automation tools, and reporting templates. • Automate repetitive and manual processes using Microsoft Excel and VBA. • Create user-friendly Excel dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools. • Consolidate and process large volumes of operational and business data. • Troubleshoot and resolve VBA, Excel, and automation-related issues. • Improve existing spreadsheets, formulas, macros, and workflows to enhance efficiency. • Work with users and department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions. • Integrate and manipulate data from multiple Excel files and other sources. • Maintain proper documentation for VBA codes, processes, and automated tools. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and appropriate access controls. • Provide user support and basic training for Excel and VBA-related tools. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalisation. • Assist with other reporting, administrative, and data-related projects as required.
