Associate Chief Finance Director

Job Description • Managing the processes for forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the the financial operations of the company • Advising the Board, Chief Executive and senior management team on organisational liabilities, long-term business and financial planning • Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets • Conducting monthly financial assessments and generating reports to submit to the senior management team • Establishing budgets in compliance with the requirements of company departments • Allocating funds for capital projects to ensure they stay on track financially • Developing annual financial plans and projections for the company • Analysing financial risks and benefits of business initiatives • Supervising and performing internal audits and control processes • Tracking and reviewing the company's ongoing financial condition and performance Job Requirements • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting • Relevant experience and background in commercial finance or economics, including leadership in high-growth, multi-entity businesses. • Strong knowledge of accounting practices, treasury management, tax, and cross-border compliance. • Proven capability in aligning financial strategies with overarching business goals to support sustainable growth and profitability. • Previous experience in leading teams and implementing scalable processes. • Thrives under tight deadlines, fast-paced environments and multicultural settings
